The SLC Archives collects, preserves, and makes accessible materials documenting the history of Sarah Lawrence College from its conception in 1924 to the present. The Archives is the official repository for College records having permanent historical or administrative value. The Archives contains publications, theses, correspondence, photographs, materials relating to student life, ephemera, artifacts, and audio-visual recordings of campus events.
What's New
- Guide to the Bessie Schönberg Papers has been added to our collections web page under Faculty Papers. Two guides to our Bessie Schönberg Dance Photographs Collections have also been posted.
- Guide to the Protest and Activism on Campus Collection has been added to our collections web page.
- The Struggle Continues: Student Activism at Sarah Lawrence College, 1958-1997, an exhibit that looks at a selection of student protests and instances of activism at the College from 1958-1997.
